Dirk Zumwalt

Dirk Zumwalt has over 15 years of experience in quality assurance and network engineering, currently serving as a QA Analyst in an advisory capacity at Jack Henry & Associates since May 2008. Dirk has progressed through various roles, gaining expertise in software installation, customer consultation, and network design. Prior to this, Dirk worked as a Network and Hardware Specialist at Bothwell Regional Health Center, where responsibilities included equipment procurement and assisting with network implementations. Dirk holds a degree in Network Administration from State Fair Community College, earned between 2005 and 2008.
