Prior to their current role, Gautam has held various leadership positions in companies such as Headstrong, Inc, Scient Corporation, Cadence Design Systems, Oracle, Deloitte Consulting, Taco Bell, and Raytheon. Gautam holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance from Texas McCombs School of Business and a BS in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
