Holly Novak, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Jack Henry & Associates, overseeing human resource strategy, succession planning, talent management, and performance management since September 2018. Previously, Holly held various positions including Head of HR Operational Excellence and Sr. Manager, Human Resources Business Partner, where responsibilities included leading People Operations and partnering with management on HR issues. Prior work experience includes Director of Human Capital Management at CS3 Technology and Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Cal Farley's, where significant achievements included cost savings and compliance initiatives. Holly holds an MBA from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the same institution.
