Lucy-Mirela Stanciu

Lucy-Mirela Stanciu has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently, Stanciu serves as the Vice President of Operations for Beshay Enterprises, overseeing well-known brands such as Jack in the Box, Denny's, and Corner Bakery Cafe since May 2015. Additionally, Stanciu holds the role of Director of Operations at FCC for Corner Bakery Cafe and DMSD Restaurants for Denny's, both positions maintained since August 2013 and November 2012, respectively. Stanciu has also been the Director of Operations at Beshay Foods Inc. for Jack in the Box since April 2006. Previous experience includes a role as a Restaurant Manager at Whataburger from 1997 to 2000. Lucy-Mirela Stanciu pursued education at the University of Phoenix from 2001 to 2002.
