Barkah Buditama

Barkah Buditama has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Head of Operations at PT MAXX COFFEE PRIMA since December 2015, with prior roles as Regional Operations Manager and District Manager. From December 2000 to November 2015, Barkah worked at PT. Excelso Multi Rasa as Area Manager, overseeing operational performance across multiple restaurant outlets. Responsibilities included managing food and beverage stock, manpower, and operational costs, as well as planning and implementing operational policies. Barkah also focused on staff training and development, marketing campaign execution, and enhancing customer service and dining experiences to elevate the restaurants' profiles.
