Joan Dutchess Freidson joined the Foundation in 2021 as a part-time Program Coordinator for the Outreach and Selection Team.
Prior to the Foundation, Joan was a Parent Liaison in Loudoun County Public Schools. She also has over 10 years of experience in the nonprofit sector; specifically on issues of homelessness.
Joan received her BS in Journalism, with a concentration in Public Relations, from SUNY Brockport.
