Bonnie Ott - Smith has a wide range of work experience in various industries. Bonnie currently holds a dual senior-level leadership role as the Senior Vice President and Head of Vivi by Jack Morton at Jack Morton Worldwide, where they oversee high-level business for McDonald's and leads the specialty brand organization. In this role, they set the vision for pitch strategies, defines marketing plans and KPIs, and consults and coaches clients throughout roadmap implementation. Prior to this, Bonnie founded and served as the CEO of Studio B Entertainment, a creative agency and consultancy for culturally relevant marketing experiences. Bonnie has also worked at companies such as Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses, Legacy Marketing Partners, Entertainment Weekly, Jack Morton Worldwide, All Terrain, and iHeartRadio, where they held various marketing and leadership positions. Additionally, Bonnie dedicates their time to serving on the Metro Leadership Council of WINGS Program Inc., the largest domestic violence agency in the state of Illinois. Overall, they have a wealth of experience in brand strategy, marketing, and leadership roles.

Bonnie Ott-Smith holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communications from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Bonnie also pursued studies in Art History, Italian Language, and Culture at the Università per Stranieri di Siena. Bonnie completed The Institute for Leadership Development & Research Certificate at Bright Futures/Executive Leadership Council. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Leading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from Northwestern University in 2021.
