Craig most recently worked at Jack Morton Worldwide as the Vice President of Marketing, where they developed and implemented a global marketing strategy and managed a high-performing marketing team. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at Spring Consulting Group, LLC, where they led go-to-market marketing strategies and product development for Fortune 100 organizations. Craig also has experience as the Vice President of Digital Marketing and Social Media at wedu, where they acted as the Chief Strategist for digital initiatives and played a pivotal role in project pitches and campaign concepting. Earlier in their career, Craig held positions at Riverbank Communications, Calypso Communications, and the City of Manchester, New Hampshire, where they focused on communications, public affairs, and technology infrastructure.
Craig Smith holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Southern New Hampshire University, which they obtained in 2003. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Saint Anselm College, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science between 1994 and 1998. Additionally, Craig has obtained additional certifications such as "CMO Foundations: Creating a Marketing Culture" and "Leading with Vision" from Lynda.com. Craig is also a certified Google Adwords professional.
