Damian Ferrar

Damian Ferrar currently serves as the EVP and Global Innovation Director at Jack Morton Worldwide, where a comprehensive innovation program has been established to enhance growth and client relationships through innovation. Prior roles include SVP and Innovation Director at Jack Morton, where strategic initiatives were launched, and Executive Creative Director at R/GA. Experience also includes leadership positions at Interbrand, where brand experience strategies were developed, Elmwood, and Imagination, where a global innovation program was directed. Damian began a career in creative roles at Clever Media and BBC following a degree in Graphic Design from the University of the West of England.
