Kristin Escher has extensive experience in the field of marketing and event management. Kristin began their career in 1993 as an intern at the United States Olympic Committee. From there, they worked as an Event Manager at Summit Sports & Events for five years. In 1998, they joined American Media & Special Promotions and American Hole 'n One as a Senior Account Executive, where they stayed until 2004. In 2006, they joined R*Works as the Chevy Director and later moved on to Jack Morton Worldwide as the VP Account Director. At Jack Morton Worldwide, they held various roles, including SVP, Senior Account Director, and SVP, Senior Account Director - Experiential Marketing for Chevrolet, Cadillac, Buick, GMC. In 2010, they briefly worked as a Director at Kaleidoscope Sports & Entertainment, LLC (Unit of Interpublic). Throughout their career, Kristin Escher has gained extensive experience in experiential marketing, account management, and event coordination.

Kristin Escher obtained a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications from The University of Georgia in 1991. Kristin later pursued a Master's degree in Mass Communication & Sports Management from the same university, completing it in 1993. Prior to that, they attended Union Endicott High School from 1984 to 1987.
