Mercedes Shaw has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as the International Store Manager at Jack Wills since July 2014, after holding the position of Assistant Store Manager. Prior to these roles, Mercedes worked as a Product Presentation Coordinator at Jack Wills from August 2013 to April 2014. Mercedes pursued education in fashion at the Amsterdam Fashion Institute from 2011 to 2012.
