Cara Neal

Cara Neal, MSM, currently serves as the District Director for Destination Pet, LLC, overseeing operations in California, Washington, and Oregon since July 2021. Previously held various management roles at Paper Source from October 2016 to July 2021, including Dual Store Manager. Experience also includes positions at J.Crew, Target, and Victoria's Secret, with responsibilities ranging from visual merchandising to logistics. Cara Neal contributed as a Campus Representative Leader at Power to Decide and gained early experience as an intern in marketing and partnership marketing with Utah Argonauts and JetBlue Airways. Educational achievements include a Master of Management in Project Management from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Communication from the University of Utah.
