Cathy Lothrop

Cathy Lothrop has worked for Jackrabbit Online Class Management Software since 2019, where they currently serve as a Product Evaluation Coach. In this role, they inform and assists potential clients/leads about the benefits of Jackrabbit software through telephone, email and other web based/telecommunication to encourage purchase. Cathy also understands the clients' business operations particularly as it relates to pertinent workflow/business processes and recommends solutions, as well as disseminates feedback and collaborates with webmaster as to how to improve the website.

Prior to working at Jackrabbit Online Class Management Software, Cathy Lothrop worked at IBM from 2003 to 2019. During their time there, they served as a Senior Reinstatement and Entitlement Representative, where they generated and recovered lost revenue from stream revenue. Cathy also teamed with Field Sales, Business Partners, Technical Support, and customers to position and sell value of reinstatement and requirements of software license compliance. Cathy also established acceptable pricing and presented business cases for special bid approvals, demonstrating teaming and negotiation skills. Additionally, they worked as a Software Sales Representative, where they managed new business and territory development, built relationships, pipeline, and leads; developed territory planning and strategy, and prepared bids and quotes, and assisted in setting pricing levels.

Cathy Lothrop obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Marketing and a minor in Business Management from Auburn University at Montgomery. Additionally, they have a Certification in Professional Digital Selling from the Digital Marketing Institute of America, which they obtained in August 2016.
