Jennifer Saine has a diverse work experience in the education field. Jennifer started their career in 2003 as a 5th-grade teacher in the Clarke County School System, Georgia. From there, they moved on to become a media specialist at Oconee County Primary School in 2004, where they implemented flexible scheduling, established a media committee, and created a 5-year media/technology plan. Jennifer then worked as a media specialist at Gum Springs Elementary from 2005 to 2013, and as an assistant principal at the same school from 2013 to 2015. Jennifer then transitioned to Jackson County Comprehensive High School, where they served as a media specialist from 2015 to 2022. In 2019, Jennifer became the Director of Personalized Learning at Jackson County School System, and in 2023, they joined Edmentum as a Partnership Manager.

Jennifer Saine holds an Educational Specialist degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Lincoln Memorial University, which they obtained from 2011 to 2012. Jennifer also obtained a Leadership degree in Education from Northeast Georgia RESA from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, from 1993 to 1995, they earned a Bachelor's of Science in Elementary Education from Catawba College. Jennifer attended Western Carolina University from 1991 to 1993, but the degree and field of study are unspecified.
