Chinyere Okorocha

Chinyere Okorocha is a distinguished legal professional with over 30 years of experience in the field of law, particularly specializing in Intellectual Property (IP) law. Currently serving as the Chairperson of the Nigerian Bar Association Women Forum since September 2022, Chinyere leads initiatives aimed at empowering female lawyers in Nigeria. As a partner at JACKSON, ETTI & EDU since May 1996, Chinyere manages the IP portfolio for several blue-chip companies. Previously, Chinyere held the positions of Sector Head for Health & Pharmaceuticals and Partner & Head of Sectors at Bentley, Edu & Co from January 1992 to April 1996, and began professional training at the Nigerian Law School from 1990 to 1991 after earning a Bachelor of Laws from Imo State University.
