Afirah Naim is an accomplished professional in decision support and operations management with over a decade of experience in the healthcare sector. Afirah has held multiple roles at Jackson Health System since March 2011, ranging from Quality Analyst to Associate Director of Decision Support, demonstrating a progressive career in enhancing decision-making processes and operational efficiency. Prior to this, Afirah worked as a Process Engineer at DEIVIN Consulting Group, where skills in lean six sigma methodology were applied to analyze and improve operations. Afirah earned a Bachelor's degree in Health Service Administration from Florida International University and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University.
