Silvia Dilone

Silvia Dilone, RN, CPHQ, CPPS, serves as the Director of Quality and Patient Safety at Jackson Health System since June 2017. Prior to this role, Silvia held positions including Patient Safety Officer and Disease Management Coordinator at Mount Sinai Medical Center Miami Beach from October 2013 to 2017. Additional experience includes serving as a Travel RN with Nightingale Nurses, a Field RN Case Manager at WellCare Health Plans, and a Staff Registered Nurse at Atlantic Health. Silvia's educational background includes a Master of Science in Health Care Systems Management from Loyola University New Orleans and a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Wagner College, complemented by studies at Rutgers University.
