Kathleen Kruse

Kathleen Kruse is an experienced legal operations professional currently serving as the Legal Operations Manager and Director of Legal Operations at The Jackson Laboratory since July 2013. In this role, Kathleen collaborates with stakeholders across the organization to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the legal team while managing costs. Prior to this position, Kathleen worked as a Paralegal and Office Manager for the Office of General Counsel at The Jackson Laboratory and also served as an Assistant to the Vice President of Development and Communications, ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Kathleen's earlier experience includes working as an Independent Contractor in a paralegal capacity and serving in Institutional Advancement at the University of Hartford, where Kathleen completed education as well.
