Andrew L. Pepper is the Office Managing Principal of the Honolulu, Hawaii office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Mr. Pepper is an experienced employment litigator who has been practicing in Hawai`i for more than 25 years.
Mr. Pepper exclusively represents employers in administrative and judicial proceedings, including litigation in state and federal courts, in all aspects of workplace law, including harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, plant closure and workplace violence. Mr. Pepper also regularly advises clients on litigation avoidance strategies and statutory compliance matters. By delegated Presidential appointment, Mr. Pepper also serves as the Hawai`i State Director of the U.S. Selective Service System.
While attending law school, Mr. Pepper was the executive editor of the University of Hawai`i Law Review.
