Edward J. McNamara

Edward J. "Ted" McNamara is an experienced attorney specializing in employment litigation. Currently serving as an Income Partner and Senior Counsel at Jackson Lewis P.C. since May 2017, McNamara handles a diverse range of defensive employment litigation for employers, including individual and class action matters. Prior to this, McNamara spent nearly 17 years at JP Morgan Chase as an Executive Director and Assistant General Counsel, overseeing the litigation portfolio for Business Banking and collaborating with senior management on legal strategies. McNamara's career also includes a role as a Staff Attorney at Wells Fargo from 1997 to 2000. McNamara holds a J.D. from USC Gould School of Law and a BA in History/Political Science from the University of Southern California.
