Andrea Bartlett is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in fashion, education, and administrative support. As the founder of Gem Fashion Lifestyle since June 2024, Andrea empowers women to embrace their bodies and express their individuality through fashion. Currently serving as an Administrative Assistant to the VP of Talent Acquisition and Strategic Support at Jackson since January 2020, Andrea excels in managing calendars, logistics, and communication. Previous roles include Strategic Support Associate at Jackson, Program Faculty Chair, and Adjunct Professor at Lansing Community College, where Andrea taught multiple fashion courses and facilitated student success. With a Bachelor's degree in Applied Science Occupational Studies from Siena Heights University and an Associate's degree in Apparel Merchandising and Design Technology from Lansing Community College, Andrea combines educational expertise with practical industry experience.
