Christine Smalley has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Christine began their career as a Medical Laboratory Technician in the United States Air Force from 1994 to 2000. Christine then transitioned into the software development industry and worked as a Software Developer, Process Management Consultant, and Senior Software Developer from 2000 to 2012. Following this, they served as a Senior Project Audit Analyst and Senior IT Metrics & Forecasting Analyst from 2012 to 2017. From there, Christine took on roles as a Data Architect, Data Scientist, and Product Owner, specializing in data-related work and analytics. Christine'smost recent position is as a Product Director, leading and driving data and artificial intelligence initiatives. Throughout their career, they have showcased strong agile and process improvement skills, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering impactful results.

Christine Smalley obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Davenport University in 2005. Christine later pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Data Science from Lipscomb University, completing their studies in 2015.
