Kristen Daly

Kristen Daly has over a decade of experience in strategic support and operations within the financial services sector. Since November 2012, Kristen has served as the Director of the Strategic Support Program at Jackson, overseeing the execution of early career talent development and managing a workforce of over 900 associates. Prior to this role, Kristen held several positions at Alerus Financial, including Business Process Owner for Operations Learning & Development and Project Manager. Kristen holds a Master of Management with a focus on Organizational Leadership from Aquinas College and possesses dual bachelor's degrees in Spanish and Human Resources, as well as a minor in Business from Michigan State University.
