Shelley Malsam has over 20 years of work experience in the healthcare industry. Shelley started their career as a Coder at Minden Medical Center in 1999 and later moved to Homer Memorial Hospital in 2003. In 2004, they joined Reeves Memorial Medical Center as a Revenue Cycle Director, where they worked until 2015. After that, they served as the Interim Director of Patient Financial Services at Morehouse General Hospital from 2015 to 2016. Then, they moved on to become the Rural Health Clinic Director at Union General Hospital from 2016 to 2017.
