Tara has held various leadership roles, including Regional Vice President of Recruitment at Jackson Physician Search. Tara has consistently achieved top performance recognition, including multiple President's Club awards and being named Vice President of the Year. Tara holds a Master’s Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from The University of Memphis and a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science, Pre-Med from Truman State University.
