Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at Jacksonville Jaguars

Brandon Ireland is the current assistant strength and conditioning coach for the Jacksonville Jaguars. Brandon was previously employed as a defensive analyst at the University of California, Los Angeles from January 2018 to December 2018. Prior to that, they worked as the defensive quality control at UCLA from March 2016 to February 2017. Brandon also has coaching experience, having served as the tight ends coach at State University of New York College at Brockport from March 2014 to June 2014, and as offensive graduate assistant at Syracuse University from June 2014 to January 2016. Brandon started their career in football as an intern with the New York Jets in July 2012, before moving on to SUNY Cortland Football, where they held various positions over a three-year period from January 2013 to August 2013, including wide receivers coach, video coordinator, and offensive quality control/assistant OL/WR coach. Brandon Ireland has a passion for football and a proven track record in both coaching and analysis.

Brandon Ireland has a Master's Degree in Educational/Instructional Design, Development and Evaluation from Syracuse University. Brandon also has a Bachelor's Degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from State University of New York College at Cortland.

Brandon Ireland reports to Jeff Ferguson, VP, Player Health & Performance. They work with Robert Hoenshel - Associate Athletic Trainer & Physical Therapist, Christopher Bach - Director, Performance Science, and Kevin Maxen - Associate Strength & Conditioning Coach.
