Caelan Rhinehardt

Caelan Rhinehardt M.S. currently serves as the Youth Football Manager for the Jacksonville Jaguars, overseeing the development and implementation of youth and high school football programs and community outreach initiatives benefiting over 56,000 student athletes and coaches. Previously, Caelan held the position of Youth Football Coordinator with similar responsibilities and has extensive experience in physical education and fitness, having worked as a Facility Operations Manager and Personal Trainer at East Tennessee State University, as well as a CrossFit Coach at Mountain Top CrossFit. Additionally, Caelan directed the TC Speed School and completed an internship at Parisi Speed School. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Sports Management from East Tennessee State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Health & Human Performance from Emory & Henry University.
