Tom McConnaughey

Tom McConnaughey is in his second season with the Jaguars as a national scout and 28th overall in the NFL. McConnaughey has spent over 40 years working in football including as a player, scout and coach. He spent the previous 23 seasons in the Los Angeles Chargers scouting department.
