Carl Freeman

Carl Freeman is an experienced orthopaedic surgeon currently serving at Jacksonville Orthopaedic Institute since March 2015 and also holds the position of Assistant Professor of Surgery at Uniform Services University of Health Sciences. In addition to directing the orthopaedic surgery rotation at Naval Hospital Jacksonville, Carl Freeman worked as an orthopaedic surgeon from August 2011 to July 2015 at the same facility. Prior experience includes a fellowship in hip preservation surgery at Schulthess Clinic and serving as the first Travelling Hip Fellow for the International Society for Hip Arthroscopy. Carl Freeman completed an Orthopaedic Surgery Residency at UPMC Hamot Medical Center and earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from Georgetown University.
