John Ricchini

John Ricchini, MBA, CPA, FACHE, CMPE, CHFP, is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various healthcare organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Jacksonville Orthopaedic Institute since August 2012, Ricchini manages a robust and independent operation while overseeing critical areas such as revenue cycle and information technology. Previous roles include CEO and practice administrator positions at Cardiothoracic & Vascular Surgeons, PA, and Surgical Associates of West Florida, as well as CFO roles at Florida Orthopaedic Institute and Diagnostic Clinic Medical Group PA. With a strong financial and operational background, Ricchini has successfully executed strategies that enhance practice efficiency and patient care, supporting substantial revenue growth throughout a diverse career that began with foundational roles at KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Ricchini holds an MBA from the University of Florida and a BS in Accounting and Finance from La Salle University.
