Beenne Anglin, PhD, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished Industrial Psychologist and educator with extensive experience in developing employee selection procedures and conducting organizational research. Currently serving as an Adjunct Faculty at the University of North Florida and previously as Adjunct Faculty at Bakersfield College and California State University, Bakersfield, Beenne has created numerous presentations for Research Methods and Statistics and managed student projects leading to over 300 research developments. In the role of Industrial Psychologist at the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office, Beenne has designed selection procedures and utilized psychological principles to enhance workplace performance, evidenced by multiple test validations and research publications. Other roles include Industrial-Organizational Consultant for C2C Technologies and Anglin Assessments, contributing to psychometric evaluations and product validations. Beenne holds a PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology, a Master’s in General Psychology, and a Bachelor’s in General Psychology, showcasing a strong academic foundation in the field.
