Claudia Murdoch

Claudia Murdoch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, marketing, and film screening. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Associate at the Jacob Burns Film Center since August 2021, Claudia manages HR operations for 65 employees and oversees benefits and enrollment processes. In addition, Claudia works as an Office Manager and HR Coordinator for the Woodstock Film Festival and screens narrative and documentary films for festival inclusion. Claudia co-founded Cup of Joe Film, Inc. in June 2013, focusing on inclusive storytelling, and has held various roles at film festivals and marketing firms, enhancing promotional strategies and client relationships. Claudia's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Pace University and ongoing studies at The New School.
