Massimo Riganti

Massimo Riganti has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Massimo worked as the CFO of Operations at Cloetta since 2016. Prior to that, they were the Finance Director and Co MD at Stemcor Italia from 2011 to 2016. Massimo also served as the Finance Director at Newlat S.p.A. from 2010 to 2011 and as the CFO at Mars Italy from 2009 to 2010. There, they also worked as a Business Controller. Before that, they held various finance management roles at Unilever, including Finance Manager, Sr - Americas, Finance Manager, Sr, and Finance Manager. Massimo started their career as an Associate Finance Manager and a Sr Finance Analyst at Unilever HPC. Massimo also worked as an Assistant Controller at Fincantieri.

Massimo Riganti pursued their education with a focus on business and finance. From 2000 to 2003, they attended NYU Stern School of Business, where they obtained an MBA with a specialization in finance. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Università di Pavia from 1989 to 1995, earning a Bachelor's degree in Economia & Commercio. Massimo's education journey began at IX Liceo Scientifico Guglielmo Marconi from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained their high school diploma with a focus on general studies.
