Dhyonatan Silva has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Dhyonatan started their career as a Project Coordinator at Prisma International Consulting, where they provided support for customer internationalization and conducted sectoral analysis. Dhyonatan then joined Unilever as a Consumer and Market Insights Coordinator, where they tracked business performance, analyzed competitors and markets, and developed strategies for the Foods and Beverages business in Brazil. After that, they worked at Kantar Worldpanel as an Account Executive in Business Intelligence, analyzing consumer behavior in FMCG and technology categories. Dhyonatan returned to Unilever as a Consumer & Market Insights Coordinator, focusing on brand development for various categories and bringing the consumer voice into brand strategies. At RB, they served as a Consumer & Data Insights Manager for Home Care, developing strategies for marketing funnels, optimizing media investment, and generating insights to modify consumer behavior. Most recently, Dhyonatan joined PepsiCo as a CMI Manager for Beverages, where they were responsible for category and brand development, brand architecture, and managing brand equity execution. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Strategy and Insights at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS.

Dhyonatan Silva obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo in 2014. Dhyonatan is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Human Rights at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul. Additionally, they have a certification in Spanish Language & Culture from Universidad de Salamanca.
