Liuba Fedotova _

Liuba Fedotova has diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Liuba started their career at Rusperforator (JSC), where they served as a Project and People Manager, responsible for procurement and supply chain. Liuba developed sourcing strategies, maintained supplier relations, and managed budgets and logistics. At RCMA Group, Liuba worked as a Supply Chain - Sugar Trading specialist, managing global suppliers and supporting traders. Liuba later became a Team Lead of logistics specialists, focusing on improving customer relations and implementing KPIs. Liuba then joined Katoen Natie as a Business Development professional in warehousing. More recently, they worked at Jacobs Douwe Egberts, where they held multiple roles, including Senior Global Supply Planner, Logistics Specialist at Coffee and Tea Sourcing, and Sourcing Category Manager Europe. Liuba is currently the Gender Equity Team Lead, supporting the development of gender equality strategies and leading a team in raising awareness and organizing corporate events. Throughout their career, Liuba has demonstrated expertise in supply chain management, logistics, sourcing strategies, and team leadership.

Liuba Fedotova earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in General Management from Vlerick Business School in 2013. Prior to pursuing their MBA, they obtained a Master's degree in Corporate Law from State University, completing their studies from 1999 to 2005. In terms of additional certifications, Liuba is Alteryx Designer Core Certified by Alteryx and has also completed courses in Supply Chain Analytics from MITx on edX and Programming Fundamentals from Duke University.
