Robin Decroocq

Robin Decroocq is an accomplished logistics and supply chain professional with extensive experience at JDE since July 2015, currently serving as Logistics Manager for Benelux. Key achievements include maintaining high service levels and optimizing supply chain processes, resulting in significant improvements in customer satisfaction and inventory management. Robin has also led international supply chain projects and implemented lean six-sigma practices to enhance logistics operations and reduce costs. Earlier experiences at PwC, Cargill, and Quiksilver, along with a Master's Degree in Business Administration from IÉSEG School of Management, further underscore a strong foundation in operational excellence and sustainability.
