Aaron Hochwimmer

Aaron Hochwimmer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the energy and power sector, currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations, Energy & Power APAC at Jacobs since February 2014. Hochwimmer leads power consulting and engineering design across the Asia Pacific region, delivering innovative solutions in both conventional and renewable energy projects. Previous roles include Director of Operations for Australia and New Zealand, Executive Director of Operations in East Asia, and Country Manager for the Philippines, emphasizing a deep expertise in project delivery across diverse energy sectors. Prior to Jacobs, Hochwimmer held significant engineering and managerial positions at Sinclair Knight Merz and Mighty River Power, contributing to notable geothermal projects and engineering operations. Hochwimmer earned a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Science with First Honors from the University of Auckland.
