Brett Watson

Brett Watson is a seasoned professional in strategic communications and public engagement, currently serving as the Strategic Communications and Public Engagement Lead at Jacobs since July 2022. Previously, Brett held multiple roles at EnviroIssues from April 2014 to June 2021, including Project Manager, with a focus on managing communication and engagement efforts across various federal, state, and city projects. Brett's expertise includes facilitation, science communication, program evaluation, and interagency coordination. Earlier career experiences include teaching at Oregon State University, where Brett developed public presentation skills and evaluated course effectiveness, and working as a City Carrier for the United States Postal Service. Academic achievements include a Master of Science in Environmental Science with a focus on communication, a Graduate Certificate in Professional Science Masters, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Biology, and International Studies from Penn State University.
