Christine Oates

Christine Oates, CCM, DBIA, is an experienced professional in construction management with a tenure at Jacobs from May 2005 to present, currently serving as Vice President and Director of Operations PMCM North. Oates has held various leadership roles within Jacobs, including Vice President, Operations Leader PMCM Northeast, Senior Director, Principal, and Senior Project Manager. In addition to her role at Jacobs, Oates was Chair of the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) from October 2022 to October 2023 and served as Past President of the CMAA Metro NY/NJ Chapter from October 2010 to October 2012. Prior to Jacobs, Oates worked as a Project Manager at STV Incorporated from June 1999 to May 2005 and as a Resident Engineer at O'Brien Kreiztberg from 1995 to 1999. Oates holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Manhattan University and an MBA in Financial Management from Pace University.
