Dione Mitchell is an experienced HR leader with a strong passion for inclusion and diversity, organizational design, and HR operations. They have progressive experience in HR leadership, program development, and employee relations, demonstrated during their tenure at companies such as Monsanto and Express Scripts. Currently serving as the VP of Human Resources at Jacobs, Dione has established a reputation for driving business results and fostering productive relationships across all organizational levels. They hold a degree from Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College at Baton Rouge.
