Ian Fletcher

Ian Fletcher is a seasoned town planning professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Associate Director of Town Planning at Jacobs since January 2025, Ian previously held positions such as DCO Strategic Lead at Voltis Renewables and DCO Project Manager at RNA Energy. Notable past roles include Divisional Director - DCO Lead at Jacobs, Planning and DCO Manager for the Thames Tideway Tunnel, and Planning Project Manager at Thames Water. Ian's career began at Wycombe District Council, where significant contributions were made to the Wycombe District Local Plan.
