Jessica Rumbold

Jessica Rumbold currently serves as an Associate Director and People Lead at Jacobs since May 2014, focusing on enhancing team performance and promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in infrastructure projects. Previously, Jessica held the role of LoHAC Framework Manager, where oversight of a multi-disciplinary framework resulted in delivering award-winning infrastructure projects for Transport for London and local boroughs. Prior experience includes serving as a Principal Civil Engineer at TPS Consult, managing civil engineering designs, and as a Civil Engineer on secondment at Carillion, contributing to significant projects such as the Olympic Park. Jessica's early career involved roles as a Graduate Engineer at Peacock Darcey and Anderson and a Student Engineer at Clarence City Council. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Tasmania.
