Lynda Tollner

Lynda Tollner, PE, PMP, possesses extensive experience in construction management and project execution, having held senior positions at prominent firms such as Jacobs as Senior Construction Manager, HDR as Project Executive, and Lea+Elliott, Inc. as Manager of Engineering Projects. Lynda also has significant leadership experience at Michael Baker Corporation as Director of Construction Management and at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, serving as Program Director for 1WTC, Deputy Program Director for the World Trade Center, and Program Manager for Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR). Lynda holds a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering from Penn State University, which was completed between 1979 and 1984, and graduated from Garden City High School.
