Natalie Bustillo-Mason

Natalie Bustillo-Mason is an experienced professional in project and construction management, currently serving as a Regional Program Director at Jacobs since October 2025. Previously, Natalie held the role of Project Manager at Arcadis from June 2022 to November 2025, specializing in comprehensive project management services, including budget and schedule establishment and risk management. Prior to Arcadis, Natalie was a Project Manager at Cumming Corporation, overseeing daily project operations to meet time and cost objectives from July 2015 to June 2022. Natalie's experience also includes serving as a Construction Manager for Pacifica Services, Inc. and working in various engineering roles for Los Angeles Unified School District, ISEC, Inc., and Sasco. Natalie holds a Master's degree in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and Bachelor's degrees in Construction Project Management and Public Administration from California State University-Dominguez Hills.
