Noel O'Flynn

Noel O'Flynn is a Senior Engineer currently employed at Jacobs since March 2024, having previously served as a Senior Engineer at PM Group from October 2020 to April 2024, where Noel led a small engineering team for the design and procurement of clean and black utility systems for a new R&D API facility for Pfizer. Prior experience includes working as a Mechanical Engineer at Integral Group, focusing on the design of District Energy Systems to reduce energy consumption for large clients in North America, and in various roles at PM Group from September 2016 to April 2019 on pharmaceutical projects. An internship at GE Power & Water provided early exposure to site operations at the Whitegate Power Station. Noel holds a Master of Engineering in Biopharmaceutical Engineering from University College Dublin and a Bachelor’s Degree in Energy Engineering from University College Cork.
