Norton Wong

Norton Wong is an Intermediate Mechanical Discipline Specialist at Jacobs since December 2023, with a robust background in mechanical design and project coordination. Previously, Norton worked as a Mechanical Designer at Rocky Point Engineering Ltd. for two years, focusing on HVAC, hydronic, plumbing, and fire protection systems for diverse construction projects in Metro Vancouver. Norton has also held roles as a Project Coordinator at Alpha Mechanical Contracting Ltd., where responsibilities included overseeing construction projects and ensuring compliance with technical specifications. Additional experience includes positions at MineSense Technologies Ltd. as a Mechanical Engineer, and various instructional roles at The University of British Columbia and Geering Up! UBC Engineering and Science for Kids. Norton holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of British Columbia and has also studied as an exchange student at DTU - Technical University of Denmark.
