Pawel Dziedzic

Pawel Dziedzic MBA serves as the Director of Substations for Jacobs, contributing to the Substations Europe division within the Transmission & Distribution sector of Energy & Power since April 2024. Previously, Pawel held the position of Head of T&D Networks (Engineering Design) and NG DPS Framework Director at AtkinsRéalis, overseeing engineering teams and managing technical performance of projects. Prior experience includes roles as Design Manager and Engineering Group Leader at Balfour Beatty plc, and Project Manager at Hitachi Energy, where responsibilities encompassed engineering management for digital substation projects. Pawel’s career also includes managerial and engineering roles at Atkins and Mott MacDonald, with early experience as a site supervisor at PRO-EL. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from the University of Bradford School of Management and a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Cracow University of Technology.
