Julie Caldwell

Julie Caldwell serves as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Jacobsen Construction, a position held since January 2002. Throughout their tenure at Jacobsen Construction, Julie has progressed through various roles, including VP, Director of Human Resources, HR Development Manager, HR Benefits Manager, and HR Training Coordinator. Prior to this, Julie gained experience as a Training Specialist at Franklin Covey from July 1995 to January 2002. Julie holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University, completed in 2019, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from the University of Utah, obtained in 2001.
