Hila Ben David

Hila Ben David is an experienced human resources executive and organizational consultant with a comprehensive background in HR management and organizational development. Currently serving as EVP of Human Resources at GADOT Group since December 2014, Hila oversees all aspects of HR including policy formulation, recruitment, training, employee relations, and compensation. Prior to this role, Hila owned Hila Ben David Organizational Consulting and held various positions in consulting and academia, contributing expertise in change management, organizational structure, and team building. Educational achievements include an MA in Labor Studies from Tel Aviv University and a BA in Social Sciences from Open University, complemented by practical industrial engineering studies at Tel Aviv University.
