Joanna Palermo

Joanna Palermo serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Jacuna, leading operations in the burgeoning cloud kitchen industry. Previously, Joanna held multiple roles at Fat Llama, overseeing business operations, operations, and talent until the company's acquisition by Hygglo. Prior experience includes a business development role at Palantir Technologies and various positions within academia, including a Development Office Assistant and Senior Telethon Caller at the University College Development Office. Joanna also has teaching experience at the University of Oxford and Oxbridge Academic Programs. Early career roles involved managing accounts and marketing for ID Security Experts Inc. Joanna holds a DPhil in Archaeology from the University of Oxford, alongside a Master's and Bachelor's degree from The University of British Columbia.
